Returns

At Jacadi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible items.

Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging attached. For health and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
The easiest way to initiate a return is through our online returns portal. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. The portal will guide you through the steps and allow you to print a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Processing & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund once the item is received.

International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the country are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The refund will be issued for the merchandise value only, excluding original shipping and any applicable return costs.
